Complaint Procedure:

Health & Safety Practices:
– Risk assessments are carried out for all teaching venues.
– Tutors check fire safety, first aid access, and report hazards before sessions.
– Emergency procedures are explained at the start of each course.
– Incident logs are maintained and reviewed by the Director.
Purpose: Maintain teaching and assessment quality.
IQA Practices:
– Each tutor is observed once per term.
– Learner work is sampled regularly to ensure fair marking.
– Tutor feedback and learner progress are reviewed termly.
– Actions and improvements are documented and followed up.
