We’re delighted to support your journey in developing Functional Skills and ESOL. This handbook contains important information about your rights, responsibilities, and the support available during your time with us.

2. Learner Code of Conduct

We expect all learners to:
– Attend sessions regularly and be on time.
– Treat tutors and fellow learners with respect.
– Engage positively with class activities and assessments.
– Use respectful language and behaviour at all times.
– Inform us of any issues that affect your learning.

3. Attendance & Punctuality

Regular attendance is essential. If you cannot attend, please notify your tutor in advance. Persistent absence may lead to withdrawal from the course.

We only collect information needed for your learning and support. Your data is stored securely and only shared with consent or by legal requirement.

7. Online Learning (if applicable)

– Use appropriate language and background.
– Do not record sessions unless authorised.
– Respect others in breakout rooms and chats.

8. Support & Feedback

Your tutor is your first point of contact for any questions or help. We value your feedback — it helps us improve.
