Over the course of five modules, you’ll build the language, structure, and confidence to lead discovery calls that feel natural and get results. Each module builds on the last, taking you step by step from the fundamentals through to applying everything in real conversations.

How This Course Works

• Go at your own pace. This is a self-paced course — there are no fixed deadlines, so you can learn whenever suits you best.
• Complete modules in order. The lessons are designed to be taken sequentially. You’ll need to finish each lesson before the next one unlocks, so everything builds in the right order.
• Watch each video fully. Each lesson includes a video. Make sure to watch it through — this is where the real learning happens.
• Complete the practice activities. Some lessons include a short written task or reflection. Submit your response to continue — this is your chance to practise and apply what you’ve learned.
• Get your certificate. Once you’ve completed all modules and activities, you’ll receive a certificate of completion. Something to be proud of! 🏆
